TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

By placing an order at this website purchasers agree to the following terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web site.

IMPORTANT
Due to the high incidence of credit card fraud Lounge Lizard Reptile Supplies will contact first time purchasers to verify order and payment details.
The name on an order must match the name of the credit card used to pay for the order.
Delivery is made to street addresses only and not Post Office boxes.
Telephone numbers submitted will be verified before despatching orders.

ORDER PROCESS
When you place your order, it is held in our system pending verification
Staff will make contact with you and confirm payment and order details. At this time you may be asked to provide a signed order confirmation.

Once confirmed and verified, your payment will be processed and your order dispatched to the street address provided.
If we are unable to contact you to confirm your order within 7 working days of receipt the order will be cancelled. Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Placement of an order at this website confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment Methods And Processing
Lounge Lizard Reptile Supplies currently accepts Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Visa and MasterCard only.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information needed.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding NSW Public holidays.
We process credit card payments after you click the "Submit My Order" button.
Please Note:

*Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Returns Policy
You can return items via mail and some items can be returned to a store with a printable receipt. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

2. Lounge Lizard Reptile Supplies will supply you with a "Product Return" form for the item/s authorised for return. The information on this form is used to enable us to efficiently process the products you returned to us and organise repairs, replacements or credits as quickly as possible.

3. Carefully pack the product being returned to avoid damage which may occur in transit. Where possible, use the original packaging boxes.

Important Notes regarding product returns
Products will not be accepted where instructions issued by our staff have not been followed.
Faulty products will be tested before we contact the manufacturer for their exchange or repair authority and instructions
Where a fault is not found on testing, products will be returned to the purchaser.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges or product returns for reasons other than warranty claims.
